Connect a Canon PIXMA to Wi-Fi

PIXMA wireless setup works through the panel, the Canon PRINT app or WPS. Pick the method that matches your model.

   Put the printer in setup mode

   Hold the Wi-Fi button until the light flashes, or go to Setup > Device settings > LAN settings > Wireless LAN setup.

   Use Easy Wireless Connect

   Choose Easy Wireless Connect on the panel, then finish setup from the Canon PRINT app on your phone.

   Or use WPS

   Press the WPS button on your router, then hold the printer's Wi-Fi button until it connects.

   Confirm with a network printout

   Print the network settings page and check the connection shows Active with a strong signal.

   Add it on your computer

   Run the Canon setup software or add the printer from system settings once it is on the network.
