Printer prints blank pages: every cause in order

Blank pages with no error usually mean dried ink, empty tanks or a sealed cartridge — not a dead printer.

   Check actual ink levels

   Check on the printer panel, not just the app. Refilled cartridges often report full when they are not.

   Remove the protective tape

   New cartridges ship with a vent seal. If it is still on, ink cannot flow and pages come out blank.

   Run a nozzle check and cleaning

   A blocked head prints nothing. One or two cleaning cycles usually restores flow.

   Check the document itself

   Print a different file. A corrupted PDF or white-text document can look like a printer fault.

   Reseat the cartridges

   Remove and reinstall each cartridge until it clicks; poor contact stops the firing signal.
